I recently had a very bad experience with service center. My car went for 10,000 miles services. During the service some damage happened inside the back door and panel in front of it. It looks like during the vacuuming or whatever cleaning they do during that it happened. I reported to them the issue. Couple of days after reporting the issue, the Call came from their service manager and he said it is not possible for them to introduce this issue and they can't take the responsibility for it. My car was with them from 11:00 AM to around 4:00 PM for servicing and issue was introduced by them but they totally denied to take the responsibility. So, please be aware, they did damaged the car during service. I just want people to be aware. So, that It does not happen to any one else. More
Warning! If this dealership promises you anything, get it in writing. Very disappointed in their integrity. Another issue, leased a 2021 GLS 450. Horrible dealer. Went there to buy a CPO Mercedes. I wasted two hours of my life here that I’ll never get back. They made me wait for an hour just for the rude, pushy, rookie sales person I had an appoi wasted two hours of my life here that I’ll never get back. They took my keys to do an inspection on my trade and then held them hostage so I couldn’t leave. I had to ask for my keys three times! They also tried to cut the value of my trade in half and then the sales manager mocked and disrespected me when I told them I wanted them to include an extra key because they didn’t have a second key for their car. I promptly left and went to Seattle Mercedes instead. Mercedes of Seattle quoted me full value for my trade and came down on the price of their vehicle (same exact year, model, options, and color) by several thousand dollars. Needless to say, I bought their car the same day. This isn’t my first Benz nor my first experience at this dealership. It has gotten exponentially worse over time. Just because this dealership is in Bellevue, they act like their **** doesn’t stink. Well, I got news for them - I’ll never do business there again and encourage all my friends to stay away, too! Don't bother to call and leave a message for someone in the finance department - they never return their calls. When you finally get fed up and insist on talking to a live person, that person will repeatedly interrupt you and tell you the problem originated in their accounting department, so it wasn't their fault that I had to pay extra fees for penalties just to get the car I purchased registered. They couldn't get off the phone fast enough! Worst customer service ever!! After I talked to finance, I called back to make a complaint to the General Manager - big mistake! He was even worse than the finance guy! He was rude and repeatedly interrupted me to say just cut to the chase, what did they need to do? They need to get new personnel for starters. If I get bad service at a business, I want to talk to someone who will listen to me explain WHY it was bad service, and maybe they will learn something from it. From the looks of these other reviews, they have done nothing and don't care what their customers think of them, as long as they have already taken your money. Take my advice - buy a car somewhere else. More

delay on service completion without even an update I brought my car to place the air bag. I was promised to get the car back by 4:30pm. At 4:30pm, nobody contacted me. I called but service contact is busy, promised to call me back, but never did. I depended on the car to pick up my son from day care. I complained, but no use. I ended up having my wife drive me home and pick up the kids. Horrible service. If there is a zero score, I will rate it zero! I have been customer to this dealer for 10 years and bought 3 Mercedes. However, I decided never do business with them again! This dealer changed ownership about 3 years ago from Barrier to Auto Nation. The service was great when it was with Barrier. Is Auto Nation to be blamed? I don't believe Mercedes don't care about customers like this. More
Very bad customer services WE went today (me and my wife) to buy SUV , the car sales woman (Kathryn) was rude and we asked to talk with manager shift and she refused and finally WE went today (me and my wife) to buy SUV , the car sales woman (Kathryn) was rude and we asked to talk with manager shift and she refused and finally he came where he was really more worse than her and did not talk or sit down even with us and told us the price that will not change and gave us very low price for our car(because we were trying to trade in our car) , he was finishing his shift so did not want to talk with his customers or even attend or even listen to them . The worst place we ever been to buy a car that we felt badly treated as customer,really we do not recommend any one to go there , they should feel ashamed of their dealership customer relationship and services . A Mercedes Dealership that doesn't Warranty Mercedes? Bad customer Service. We purchased the last 4 Mercedes from them, then they became Auto Nation. Went to get a new car and they didn't have the one we Bad customer Service. We purchased the last 4 Mercedes from them, then they became Auto Nation. Went to get a new car and they didn't have the one we wanted. We gave them time to find it and bring it in, once they found they called and told us to bring it in. The day we were to go in they called back and told us it was sold. We went to Lynnwood Mercedes Benz and asked them to find what car we wanted at let us know and we would purchase. They did and we purchased when it arrived. Two days later we had a flat on the new car (a Continental tire) that was bad. (No damage to tire only had 120 miles on tire) We brought the car to the Auto Nation Bellevue Mercedes and was told it was not under warranty and had to pay $495.00 for tire replacement (closest Mercedes to where we are). Paid the fee to get back to work, that afternoon we called and asked the dealership that we purchased if it should have been under warranty, "yes". Called Continental and asked if it should have been under warrant, "yes". RUN from these guys.....they are the worst! By the way Lynnwood Mercedes Benz gave the $495.00 back to us so we didn't have to deal with Auto Nation any more! I know where I will be buying my new cars from now on! Shame on you Auto Nation! More
