1. Lack of response when calling - left my car at 7am, was told it would be a quick service only taking a few hours, however no update until 4pm. Paid for the summer road trip, aircon fluid change etc, totaling $800+. Air conditioning still not cold, and the main issue I brought the car in for (engine revving 3-4K while going down small hill) was still not fixed. I was told “this is just how it is and lots of cars have it”. Then why did you charge 1hr labor for software update? Extremely disappointed. I won’t return for next service. More

Jesus was great. The reason I would not recommend this service center is because they charge the highest price, but don't give the highest service. I know I can get service somewhere else cheaper, but I service center is because they charge the highest price, but don't give the highest service. I had pine needles from the trees next to my house in the car, and they were still there after the service. My car was not dirty per se, but the watermark was still on the windshield from the wiper blades, so it was not obvious it was not washed. More
