Booked an appointment to get my 2020 GLE 350 looked at for noise with front windows to Autonation Bellevue Mercedes dealership. Even though I booked an appointment and dropped the car before noon, it wasn for noise with front windows to Autonation Bellevue Mercedes dealership. Even though I booked an appointment and dropped the car before noon, it wasn't looked at until next day. It required a part to be replaced which was not in stock and took another day to be shipped. Dealership provided a loaner but it was a rental through Enterprise and not another Mercedes which other dealerships offer. Contacting them over phone takes a long wait time. Overall, given a chance, I will probably go to another Mercedes dealership. More

Had annual service and also replaced tires. Unfortunately, I feel everything could be wrong went wrong. Besides, I gave a negative review on google map, then received a response immediately inviting me to call a number. I am very disappointed. I had to wait almost an hour for a loaner, then the loaner was a Ford EcoScoot - which is one of the smallest cars they make. I am 6'4" and didn't fit.... I excepted this as I work a loaner, then the loaner was a Ford EcoScoot - which is one of the smallest cars they make. I am 6'4" and didn't fit.... I excepted this as I work only a few miles away. Then they told me my small maintenance was going to be completed that day - I brought the GLE in at 9 AM. So now I had to drive this terrible loaner to my home 1.25 hours away! Now the repair isn't of the quality I expect either. More
