With a packed calendar, I needed a car. Jesus was generous in getting me a rental since I did not plan for a loaner, and they were all booked. My concern is that Jesus attempted to serve my needs for space and limited mobility. Therefore, I needed an upgrade, and the dealer refused the request. You can't keep good people if you have stingy and unfriendly protocols. The amount of money I spent would have paid the cost of an upgrade ten times (8 dollars).
