This dealership went way beyond to help me buy my expiring lease. Another dealership wanted to charge me significant money above my lease buy-out to purchase. Bellevue did not. Bought a used 2018 Infiniti QX60. Really like the car but Richard the salesman promised us a second key fob as they only had one. Then he comes back and says his sales manager said no. Don't make promises you can't keep Richard. Now we are out $436 for the second fob. More
