It literally had road grime all over it, and the interior had sticky little fingerprints all over the place. Perhaps my expectations are too high? But when you spend $50,000 on a car, I expect it to be cleaned up. Additionally, the sales people were not knowledgeable and not overly helpful. I've asked three times for information on window tinting and have yet to hear back from them. I called Lynnwood Mercedes and they were extremely helpful with my new cars window tint. I recommend only dealing with them. Lastly, dealerrating.com shows 4.6 out of five stars, that is dubious at best. Check out the ratings on yelp. Clean and comfortable, however the after purchase car service is horrible. It has taken several weeks to get assistance for a second key fob on a used car purchase. I bought the vehicle on February 8th and I am still waiting for the salesman to get me the key fob. I work in customer service and this is completely unacceptable. More
