Buying a car is never a pleasant experiance for me. I had high hopes for Mercedes of Bellvue but it was just as unpleasant. First the car feature I wanted was not available which for the price of the I had high hopes for Mercedes of Bellvue but it was just as unpleasant. First the car feature I wanted was not available which for the price of these cars should have been standard as it is with their competitors. So I wanted to order a car with the features I wanted and I was willing to wait but Mercedes did not want to do this, I was never told why this is. They were able to find a car that was going to final build and were able to change it to add the feature I wanted but it also included several options I did not want. I loved the car so I decided to do this. We put a down payment in March and the car arrived in May. Mercedes preped the car and my husband and I made an appointment to come in with the salesperson. We had an appoinment and all our finances ready to go but we still had to wait for over two hours to meet with the finance person to fill out the forms and the forms were not processed correctly. When we got home we needed to refill out some forms and that process was not easily done with the signatures, it turned out to be rather stressful and frustrating. That being said everyone working there was very professional and nice. The showroom is very clean and nicely done. I love my car, it is wonderful to drive. I do need to bring it in to have the windshield wiper fluid reservior looked at. It is not properly sealed and all the fluid drained out of it. This will be my first experince with the service area so I hope it will go smoothly. There is also a flaw on the drivers side arm rest that I will need to have replaced, I will discuss at my appointment. More

Just wanted to drop a quick shoutout here to Jason Urschel, Tae Hsu, and Jason Rogers for their help in picking up my pre-owned Audi Q5 TDI a couple of weeks ago. I had previously leased a C-Class fro Urschel, Tae Hsu, and Jason Rogers for their help in picking up my pre-owned Audi Q5 TDI a couple of weeks ago. I had previously leased a C-Class from Tae so knew they were a great shop to work with. In this case, this Q5 was a fairly rare car to find with the color, options, mileage, and service history and so I knew I was going to buy it if it checked out in person- and it did! These three guys had me in and out from test drive to signed papers in under an hour - has to be record timing! Jason Rogers cut me a very reasonable price on a bumper-to-bumper warranty and I was driving home my Q5 later that day. My ONLY complaint has nothing to do with the sale but more to do with the condition of the detail of the car. The prior owners clearly parked this guy outside and didn't wash it often, so the car needed a good claybar and polish. Even though it is a used car, I I was a bit disappointed the store didn't do this in anticipation of sale. A minor issue that I handled myself but wanted to call it out. More
I worked with Jason and was able to drive home a really great Audi A7. We worked on the deal and wrapped everything up in a day. I stopped by on a whim to check out a car in the Mercedes parking lot and I took it for a test drive. Jeff Lewis was the sales person who helped us and he was very friendly and patient in helping us decide o parking lot and I took it for a test drive.
