Buying experience was ok. I walked in with a check from my bank ready to buy. I was guaranteed I’d get a better rate from them. Hard to pass that up so I accepted. Recently took it in for my first service, took 2+ hrs for an oil change and they didn’t reset the system so my service lights are still on. I bought the service package to ensure great service for my recent car purchase but it’s been mediocre service throughout the whole process. I expected more buying from a Mercedes Benz dealership, but maybe they treat me different because I bought a used vehicle that’s not a Benz? The best honest service I got from there was with the lady that took the car out on a test drive with. She was honest but gave great tips and listen to what I was looking for in a car. More
