I've been MB Bellevue's customer for the past 11 years with three different brands of Mercedes. The services there has been declining for the past few years. Then I met Cameron Robinson, a new service advisor. He helped me with a critical damage assessment and was willing to take extra steps with all the details unlike many others I had to deal with in previous visits. I think he has the inherent customer-caring spirit that I haven't seen at MB Bellevue and I am so glad that he is my new service advisor! More
