I have brought my car in regarding and message that stays on the panel and for numerous times when the car would not start! I was advised to physically exit the car to reboot the system. This works but pre on the panel and for numerous times when the car would not start! I was advised to physically exit the car to reboot the system. This works but presents a major safety concern for me since when & where this occurs is not predictable. I appreciate the efforts of the technicians but maybe technicians at other dealerships can provide additional insight into the issues. Also, it was thought that my MercedesMe was not activated. I have never had bad experience at Mercedes of Augusta. Staff is professional, friendly, courteous, attentive & thorough. The work on my vehicle dependable, Ser Rep Zach Merritt makes suggestions for maint Staff is professional, friendly, courteous, attentive & thorough.
