This place is a ripoff. I took my car in for A5 service (what the vehicle indicated was needed) I chose the $500+ option. My invoice indicates I received A2 service for the I took my car in for A5 service (what the vehicle indicated was needed) I chose the $500+ option. My invoice indicates I received A2 service for the same $500. For basically an oil change and bogus checks that they held my car for. This was a 5 hour service visit I assume to justify the cost. Then talked me out of using my coupon. Moral of the story is to choose the cheapest option and use your coupon. I’ve only serviced my car at Mercedes but will look to other options. They are absolutely not doing anything special for the cost of service. The cost wasn’t the issue.. I chose the expensive service what I’m saying it’s not worth the wait (to justify the cost) or the service performed. Cynthia Lee More
Tried to push me into buying $4000 in parts and service for what ultimately was resolved through a routine transmission service. I asked them to do a visual diagnostic, and they basically ignored me and ke for what ultimately was resolved through a routine transmission service. I asked them to do a visual diagnostic, and they basically ignored me and kept pushing replacing very expensive, unnecessary parts. Called to follow up, the service manager basically told me there was nothing I could do, that his shop foreman said it REQUIRED the $4000 job. Finally got them to agree to visually inspect the transmission, where they found it was only low on fluid. They had my car for nearly a week after the appointment date trying to upsell me to a solution 10x more expensive than what was necessary. Will likely not visit this service center again since I don't feel I can trust their recommendations. Feels like a real money-grab type of place More
