Horrible customer service. Even worse communication. Notified Ryan that i smelled antifreeze and had to keep adding antifreeze two services ago. Was told they smelled it also but could not find the leak. Never notified me of the status of my vehicle nor ever updated the app. Had to keep calling to check on my vehicle. Kept my vehicle for two months, gave it back to me with the same issue. Went back up there, they kept it for another month, said they fixed the loss of power issue, charged me because they said what they fixed wasnt covered under my warranty. They still never fixed the loss of antifreeze issue. Took it back up there for service and then they claimed to find the loss of antifreeze issue. No communication once again. Vehicle was not ready when they said it would be ready. Reported it to the service manager Tyrone with proof. He said he would call me back on two occasions and never did. When I went in there two days later to pick my vehicle up, I asked Tyrone why he never called me back, he copped an attitude like I was bothering him and told me he was on zoom calls all morning. No apologies, just blatant disrespect. Reported it to the general managers and waiting to hear back from them. Will never do business with them again. More
The rear tire on our E350 found a nail on a recent trip, so we called our Service Advisor, Sullivan Lindler and the tire was replaced in record time. I was greeted in a very welcoming way this morning… and that’s always appreciated. Then my service tech was ready and waiting on my vehicle and assure me that the concerning issues would be taken care of. that’s always appreciated. I am big on customer service and the service department is lacking. I know this is a high end business however my experiences have not been great. My service man, Marcus was extremely nice on the first day however the following day I was expecting a call before noon with an update which I did not receive. (My initial service man was out the next two days). Very frustrating due to me not having transportation . Over all I am please with the work that was done and my car returned to me washed…..THANK YOU! I was looking at the reviews of how most of the customers were so happy with their treatment and I missed out on the niceness. More
