First and Last Mercedes Benz Had a problem with the service department. Met with General Manager Michael Liss and was told he would investigate and get back to me. Service will try to sell you things you may not really need while the car is in the shop. Make sure you are aware of the difference between bent wheels and wheels which may no longer be true. They will tell you all four of your wheels are bent when that may not be true. My SLK has a known problem with rear tire wear but the dealer tried to blame it on me. My first and last Mercedes Benz! Do your homework before dealing with this dealership and ask for proof of whatever they tell you. This dealership is owned by Park Avenue Motor Group.
