Excellent service , no dealership like them in the entire county. This is out 3rd car with them.
Danielle Jackson deserves ALL the awards on her desk. She worked this sale, patiently and professionally. Kudos to her and her efforts ... Had she listened to Todd there wouldn't have been a sale. She followed her gut and walked away with the sale and a new friend.

Rossi is great, he tends to all issues my car may encounter. Service personnel need to be more attentive to all things that may be wrong with my car when it is in the shop. I like to know all things wrong with my car so it can be repaired, in a timely manner - this is the reason I come to an MB service center and not any random mechanic. I would appreciate service personnel looking at my car totally, not overlooking things not on the list. Thanks! Overall, I am satisfied with AC MB.
