Tina, from the service dept, took care of me. Everyone was friendly. I would certainly recommend their service department to my friends and family with Mercedes Benz cars. More

Poor service Original contact was good Had airbag recall done. When I picked up the vehicle all SRS indicators were illuminated Received a follow up to text or Original contact was good Had airbag recall done. When I picked up the vehicle all SRS indicators were illuminated Received a follow up to text or email if any issues I did text twice to ask why 2 airbag warning lights were still on. Never got a response I was suggested many other services but never received an explanation why SRS lights were still on. Finally my wife called and asked They said lights were still illuminated most likely because of another SRS issue. If they suggested so many other services why would u not Explain or offer service to fix any other SRS issues. This was also my first and last service with Mercedes service Don’t ask for feedback and then do not respond. Is this Mercedes? Or Hyundai ? Not goo 🤔 More

Had a slow leak in my tire. I had a slow leak in my tire, so I stopped in to see if the service department could take a look at it. I spoke with Tina Lachina and she said they w I had a slow leak in my tire, so I stopped in to see if the service department could take a look at it. I spoke with Tina Lachina and she said they would take a look at it. Minutes later they assessed the problem as a screw in the sidewall and said the tire would have to be replaced. I said okay and they replaced it and I was on my way. Fast and great service. More
Judgemental. I went to this dealership ready to purchase the car i been waiting to buy and saved up so much for!!! I walked in very excited and no one came up to m I went to this dealership ready to purchase the car i been waiting to buy and saved up so much for!!! I walked in very excited and no one came up to me for a few minutes all the sales people were standing around talking and laughing. Finally, The sales person Richard came over and just rushed thru the whole sale and did not take me seriously the whole time for i dont know what reason... He said he would call me back the next day because it was to late for him to run my credit and NEVER called me back. I called the dealership the next day for follow up and they gave me the run around and now over a week later i still have not heard from him. This is not how you treat customers, man up and have the decency to call the customer back regardless of the outcome of the transaction. More
