DC23, My apologies and thank you for your valuable feedback. I am sorry that the dealership failed to provide the level of service that is promised by the brand. My name is Colin Mattis, I am the Client Advocacy Manager for Park Avenue Motor Cars, the parent company of MB Atlantic City. I have asked the dealerships General Manager to investigate what took place so that our team can be made aware of how they were perceived in this circumstance. We try to allow shoppers time and space to consider our vehicles on the showroom floor without pressuring anyone to speak with a Sales Consultant if they do not wish. It sounds like this is not exactly what took place and when combined with the failure to follow-up creates the wrong impression overall. I understand completely if you prefer to go elsewhere due to the unacceptable treatment you experienced, but should you choose to give them another opportunity to demonstrate their capacity for excellence I would be happy to introduce you to the General Manager so he can ensure the future interactions are as they should be.
