Came in to purchase a certified preowned cla. My only stipulation was the vehicle needed to have remote start. I was sold on a nice vehicle that the salesman was 110% sure had remote start. Well after th stipulation was the vehicle needed to have remote start. I was sold on a nice vehicle that the salesman was 110% sure had remote start. Well after the paper work was done he claimed he was having issues with the app and couldn’t get the remote start to work. So after some phone calls and emails I find out this car does not have remote start and can not get it. I’m beyond mad and extremely unhappy. Anything for a quick sale I guess! More

The worst Mercedes experience I have ever had in 20 years The sales Department incorrectly explained what equipment came with the car only noticed when I came to pick it up. The car had damage and had to repaired when we picked up the car. The car was prepared very poorly needed to be waxed and cleaned again. The protective film over the navigation is still there today, never removed. Paint damage they refuse to repair and still exists today. I don't understand how when a NEW car is being prepared for pick up that the prep department doesn't notice the speaker cover on the passenger door dented, alignment needed and scratches in the paint. Then told if it wasn't noticed when we picked up the car (on a very cold windy day in November) it's too late now. Never in my 20+ years of buying Mercedes have i had such an experience. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone and perhaps it my influence my future car purchases. More

Later I received a call from Kevin Rossi who stated that the main battery was replaced in 2018 and it was good saving me $$$. It was replaced by the previous owner as I purchased it 18 months ago. Being in law enforcement for over 30 yrs honesty means everything to me. I will continue to service my Vehicle at Mercedes of Atlantic City also when I purchase my next vehicle we will give them the opportunity to earn our business! More
