Service was fine, not thrilled with the vehicle quality I was very disappointed that I needed service for three issues in the first couple hundred miles. As a first-time customer, with family members who ha I was very disappointed that I needed service for three issues in the first couple hundred miles. As a first-time customer, with family members who have purchased eight MB in the last 10 years, I expected more accommodating service. I had to wait three weeks to get an appointment, take a vacation day to drive 42 miles to the dealership, go through paperwork and pick up a loaner. Then do the same one week later to pick up my GLE. I would have imagined MB would have offered to come pick up my brand-new, defective vehicle so I wouldn't be further inconvenienced. But nothing. Not even an apology for it. I had an Acura for 90k+ miles and never had an issue. So far, I am not impressed. More

Refund pending two months now I took my car into the dealership and was given wrong diagnostics and wrong repairs .I was supposed to be refunded and it has been 2 months now i hav I took my car into the dealership and was given wrong diagnostics and wrong repairs .I was supposed to be refunded and it has been 2 months now i have not received my refund.called several times and no response . They actually made me order a new key for over $400 when the issue was just a blown fuse.I ended up spending close to $800 More

Tina was outstanding on getting me in the shop and finding me a loaner as my AC broke during the hottest week of the summer so far. Since this was the second trip in for repairs on the AC they were a finding me a loaner as my AC broke during the hottest week of the summer so far. Since this was the second trip in for repairs on the AC they were all prepared to inspect the dye and find the leak. I must be honest the service is excellent. I have a problem with a 2018 S560 having these kinds of AC issues More
