I had my 2012 E350 being serviced for a steering recall. First the bad it took them 5 working day to get it done and being old I would have liked getting a phone call instead of a text. A lot of confusion in service center. I brought my car in for 2 problems and only one was resolved. Now I’m waiting for a loaner vehicle for over a month to bring back my car to have the issues resolved, driving daily with the fear it may resolved. Now I’m waiting for a loaner vehicle for over a month to bring back my car to have the issues resolved, driving daily with the fear it may not start, because they chose to not listen to me and claimed it was a battery issue when in fact it’s not.
