Very bad, I had to follow up for them to mail me the paperwork and plates. They then only mail the title. They forgot to mail the plates. I call in and they say they forgot to mail them. I told them my temp plates expired and I need the plates overnighted, which they assure me they will do. I then get an email from fedex, telling me my package from Mercedes will arrive in 3 days.
