By far this was the most pleasant buying experience for a vehicle we’ve ever had. And we have purchased many vehicles. Although I don’t know what the original advertised price was, the very lightly used v vehicle we’ve ever had. And we have purchased many vehicles. Although I don’t know what the original advertised price was, the very lightly used vehicle we purchased was listed at the actual KBB fair market price. I was in contact with a total of four dealerships and with the exception of Mercedes-Benz of AC, they all listed their prices at 2k-3k over fair market value. With any other dealership, it was obvious we would need to play that dreaded game of back and forth. Well, listing the car for what it’s actually worth is what made us choose MB of AC. Darnell walked us through the process with no surprises. Every number we dealt with was explained and fair. There was never any pressure and the facilities and environment was comfortable. Both Mark and Marc are the top of the totem pole as far as I am concerned.
