Reception desks are not identified. Don't know whom to interrupt. The various services received cost nearly $3,000 yet the vehicle's service reminder was not reset. Appreciate the car wash very much. Very difficult to reach by telephone. I'm sure everyone is busy, but there should be time dedicated to returning calls.
