I have always considered myself an honest and above-board person. I have purchased 33 cars in my life and have never found an honest and above-board car dealer that could live up to my standards, until I sho person. She was terrific. Very knowledgeable, and her follow up was excellent. I looked at and drove five different manufactures cars before selecting Mercedes. Aside from the excellent performance of the car, and the outstanding luxury finishes, I purchased from Daniel because she was the best salesperson of the five. Also, her manager Todd Kravitz went above and beyond to assist me. Plus, the dealership had received great reviews for service. I had an emergent need for service for a bubble in my tire. I had a scheduled service appointment for several days later. The service advisor, Luis, was extremely knowledgeable and kind and not only acco tire. I had a scheduled service appointment for several days later. The service advisor, Luis, was extremely knowledgeable and kind and not only accommodated me that day to replace my tire, but offered to complete my scheduled service so I didn’t have to come back. Because it was an unscheduled appointment, they were unable to offer a loaner vehicle; however, Luis arranged for a Lyft driver to take me to work and also to pick me up from work to bring me back to the dealership. Dealing with Luis was the best service experience I’ve had at that dealership since owning my Mercedes. More
Well I called to discuss an issue I was having with the gears. They transferred me out of state and then when I got transferred back it went to voice mail. Left a message followed up with email.
