All of my questions were answered quickly and without the need to speak to multiple parties. The advertise car I was interested in (and ultimately purchased) was exactly as describe. The check-out process with the finance department was also quick and easy. The options available were mentioned, but they were not forced. No coercive tactics whatsoever. Lastly, when a deal was struck and I need to return to the dealership to drive my car away, they send me a "luxury" Uber for the 100 mile trip!
