This is my third time since they have gone under new management. And this will be my LAST! Took car in for a recall and when I picked the car up the statement shows nothing was fixed. My husband wanted me to test drive one and that CLS is a beast!!This dealership is HORRIBLE with their customer service, especially since we had to go find someone to help us look at their vehicles for 20 minutes!!! I will NEVER refer nor purchase a vehicle from this location ever!Never judge a book by its cover. It's amazing how you can work for a dealership and dress Comfortable (pink shirt and sear sucher pants) or as you were dressed that day... but when a customer chooses to dress Comfortable themselves, you had the audacity to try and size my attire up😅😅🤣🤣🤣 with my pockets and act like you were doing me a favor!!🤣🤣🤣🤣.Wow.Horrible.. horrible customer service and I wanted that 2020 AMG CLS!!! Shockingly overpriced. 60k mile tune up, which was basically an oil change cost $1,200. You'd think they would at least wash the car. But that didn't happen.
