Great Experience with Ms. Zee. Worked very hard to get my deal through. She made sure I got everything I asked! She was patient with me as I went back and forth with which car I wanted. I really didn't feel confident about experience...told that my issue was technical and that was the explanation..thought i was grossly over charged for my service and to boot charged after my total bill a extra 18$ for maintenance fee....wow! So to summarize i would rate a 2 on scale to ten. Also don't think I'll ever purchase the brand again. More
