The only negative was the state of the waiting "sitting" room. The waiting room needs to be cleaned. I noticee crubs on the floor and on the seats. I used the airport parking service for the first time, and Mark was great. It was so easy and convienent. Probably cut at least an hour of time it would have taken if I parked in an off airport lot, let a and Mark was great. It was so easy and convienent. Although they couldn't fix past events, they gave me enough confidence that I will try another Mercedes on my next purchase, and I will buy it from this dealership. It was such a rare event to have people that actually cared about my comments and experiences and I absolutley believe that they will see that I am taken care of. I have no hesitancy recommending this dealership from a customer service standpoint. More
