Each appointment requested was provided timely; staff members greet you at 7:30AM with a smile, a helping hand, a ride, if needed. They make you feel welcomed. Every experience I've had with my service advisor (Dave M.) has been terrific; he's very helpful, explains in detail my repair cost and answer my questions in way that helps me understand the specifics about the repairs and returns calls timely. I left my car at the airport and Mark's team picked it up, performed the service my car needed and returned it clean and ready for me to use by the time I got back from my trip. Alvin Gomez, the Sales Rep I always deal with, called me the day after I returned to make sure I was satisfied with the service I had received. This has happened every time I use the airport parking service or any other service this dealership provides. The service my car gets is great and I am completely satisfied with the customer service I receive from my Sales Rep.
