After test driving everything from Escalades to Toyota Siennas, we came to the conclusion that we couldn't sacrifice the relationship we have with our sales associate (Alvin Gomez) and our service partner. Mercedez-Benz of South Atlanta treats us like we are cherished members of the "family". Over the years they have gone above and beyond to make service calls and purchasing cars as painless as possible. Just purchased my 5th Mercedes from this dealer. A great sales experience, couldn't ask for anything better. I've had the same service advisor for almost 10 years, and he's the best. I had a Engine Check light on my MB .MB Tech tested the car throughly & Was told it will be $390.00 to $400.00 to fix it. Budget was unplanned but had to get my Tag so agreed. Check light was gone.Two da car throughly & Was told it will be $390.00 to $400.00 to fix it. Budget was unplanned but had to get my Tag so agreed. Check light was gone.Two days latter after deiving 150-170 miles check light came back and my car failed Emmission test . Took it back and MB tech says it will cost me another $620.00 to fix it. So a $1000.00 to fix my engine check light. Was very dissappointed. Why not tell me first only how much it will cost ? More
Traveled to Philadelphia and used your auto parking at Hartsville Jackson. Also had 2 service issues 1- Drive side glass make a scrapping sound when the window was lowered and raised. 2- Soft Hartsville Jackson. Also had 2 service issues 1- Drive side glass make a scrapping sound when the window was lowered and raised. 2- Soft top up and down switch was difficult to get to work properly. Both issues were addressed to my complete satisfaction. No problems yet and hopefully there will be none in the future. Thanks Dan Steedly More
I felt welcome from the moment I drove onto the dealership. The first associate greeted me before I exited my car. All associates made a point to speak to me in a gracious manner. They did not miss the small touches such as bottled water or the larger ones such as assisting me in getting my new purchase home. The time devoted to paperwork was exceptionally well organized and efficient. Fees and financing options were competitive. Options were provided and explained. Overall pricing was competive. The internet and buying services have changed how dealers should approach the pricing question. This dealership excels at incorporating all available pricing information to arrive at a fair price. One area for improvement -- the used vehicle came with only one key. I would have appreciated that disclosure prior leaving the dealership. Obtaining one spare key is high cost necessity ($150+). More
I TOOK MY CAR IN FOR A "B" SERVICE ON APRIL 29TH, WAITED ON THE CAR AND THE WAIT WASNT TO BAD, MY ONLY PROBLEM WAS 2 DAYS LATER MY REAR TIRE WAS GOING FLAT SO I TOOK IT TO DISCOUNT TIRE WHERE I 29TH, WAITED ON THE CAR AND THE WAIT WASNT TO BAD, MY ONLY PROBLEM WAS 2 DAYS LATER MY REAR TIRE WAS GOING FLAT SO I TOOK IT TO DISCOUNT TIRE WHERE I BOUGHT THE TIRES AND WAS INFORMED THERE WAS A NAIL IN THE TIRE. I WAS ALSO INFORMED AND IT WAS QUITE OBVIOUS THAT BOTH MY REAR TIRES WAS COMPLETELY BALD AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED BADLY. MY CONCERN IS NOT THE NAIL CAUSE THAT COULD HAVE HAPPENED AFTER LEAVING THE DEALERSHIP BUT WHY WASNT I INFORMED ABOUT THE TIRES? WHICH IS PART OF THE B SERVICE , DID THE TECH EVEN CHECK THE TIRES? THERE ISNT ONE NOTATION ON MY INVOICE ABOUT THE TIRES NOR WAS I INFORMED WHEN I PICKED UP AND PAID FOR THE SERVICE, ALSO IF HE MISSED THE TIRES WHAT ELSE DID HE MISS? I DID CALL KEVIN TO VOICE MY CONCERN BECAUSE THAT REALLY CONCERNS ME AND HE SAID HE WOULD LOOK INTO IT, HE CALLED ME BACK A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER AND TOLD ME HE HASNT FORGOTTEN ABOUT IT AND NOW 2 WEEKS LATER I HAVENT HEARD ANYTHING. The only problem we had was that our car was not at the airport when we got back. I spoke to mark once we got back and he informed us that the day we were to return was Tuesday. I told mark that that wasn' airport when we got back. I spoke to mark once we got back and he informed us that the day we were to return was Tuesday. I told mark that that wasn't right because when we filled out the form to leave the key it has our return day as that Monday. I also told him that we would be returning that Monday. There seemed to be confusion regarding the service actually required for my vehicle. Also, I bought a certifided pre owned and the term certified is not necessarily the correct word I would have used actually required for my vehicle. If I had know that Mercedes of South Atlanta basically cleans the used car sticks new tires on it (if needed) and claims it to be certified I probably would not have bought this vehicle. The service tech left me a voice mail that wanted me to pay more than $1,500 in various services he said that were required? I have only had the car since August of 2010 so I would have thought that things like the fuel filter and transmission fluid were changed before I bought. I paid $300+ dollars for service and am being told that I should bring it back to have the other $400+ service done? More
This is an EXTREMELY dishonest dealership.
