My car was "running hot" I took it in was told several things it "could" have been. I think that since I paid for a diagnosis, they should know what was wrong. I paid $1,235.00 to have some fans replaced and was told this would correct the problem. It DID NOT correct the problem. I took the car back in Saturday morning, the person working had a terrible attitude toward several customers. I arrived at the dealership at approx. 8:45am, I was the 2nd or 3rd customer there, I wasn't processed until 10:10 and that was AFTER I insisted on being serviced. I approached the service person about 9:30 and asked him when was he going to get to my car, he said "I will get to you when I get to you". After watching customers that came inafter me being helped ahead of me, I asked him again, and he "snapped" this time, we had a verbal altercation and he actually said that he was not going to help me at all! By this time we were very loud and all of the employees came out to see what was happening. At this time he was forced to process my car. I felt that this was terrible customer service for an employee to talk to a customer in that manner. If you don't have customers, employees will not be needed. More
I had been looking for approximately 6 months for a 2008 S550. I was primarily looking on EBAY and Auto Trader when I happened to check the inventory at Mercedes Of South Atlanta. I was actually trying to avoid dealers to avoid sales tax. I am so happy I stopped by. I was greeted by Sankar Henderson and Alvin Gomez who were extremely helpful and not pushy. The price and great financing offered were too good to refuse. After I got the car home I notice a few minor issues(curb rash on wheels, small tear in trunk weather strip, and soiled mats). I was told to bring the car back at my convenience and they would take care of it. The result was brand new mats, new trunk weather strip, and no sign of curb rash on wheels. To top that I was given a brand new Benz as a loaner while they did the work. That kind of service would have never happened if I had bought from a private party. I have the piece of mind from a CPO Mercedes with an extended warranty. Ernest Dixon, Finance Manager, was amazing! I had already been approved for a very good finance rate and had no plans to finance with them. Mr. Dixon not only beat the rate but showed me several different options. Kevin, in the Service Department, has been my representative since my first visit (three years ago) to this dealership and I must say that if it wasn't for his professionalism, friendliness and k representative since my first visit (three years ago) to this dealership and I must say that if it wasn't for his professionalism, friendliness and knowledge of product, I most likely would have taken my business elsewhere. Kevin keeps me informed about my vehicle and tries to stay within my budget. I have (in the past) and always will refer/recommend this dealership to friends and family, because I am confident that Kevin will provide the same outstanding service to them as he does with me. I contacted the dealership about a car on their website and was given to a sales manager, who after researching the value of my car for 4 days, told me they would be able to give me what I needed on my car and was given to a sales manager, who after researching the value of my car for 4 days, told me they would be able to give me what I needed on my car to trade. Of course the deal was pending that the condition of the cars was what was pre-represented....and both were. On the worksheet I was given, the price on their car was as advertised (and was a good price), but the amount for my trade was $2000 less than what was told to me on the phone. What made it even worse was that instead of just saying they made a mistake on appraising my car, they tried to tell me it was because I was from South Carolina and they thought I was from Georgia! That the difference in sales tax would have made up the difference! I understand how negative equity works, but would like to know how that would be possible. Not saying the dealership is all bad.....but don't drive too far to get there. I wasted 5 hrs, a tank of gas, and mileage on a car I would like to trade....for nothing!! More

Each of these young men knew their product and presented it to my wife and I in a manner that was most clear and certainly fair. I believe this dealer knows that I and anyone else who I may be able to influence, are customers for life. My kudos and most sincere appreciation for a job well done!!! More

This is without question the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. From the moment we stepped on the lot and was greeted by Ibari (sp), to the no-pressure sales representative in Toussan my wife and I have ever had. From the moment we stepped on the lot and was greeted by Ibari (sp), to the no-pressure sales representative in Toussant and finally finance with Ernest Dixon, the experience could not have been any better. Not only were they all knowledgeable about the product and the services offered by Mercedes, but the level of professionalism and kindness exceeded all expectations. Mercedes-Benz of South Atlanta is approximately 45 minutes from our home in Johns Creek, but the drive for this level of customer service was worth every mile. We do and will highly recommend this dealership to anyone. More

The staff was professional, personable, and attentive to my wife and I during our visit. The E350 that we purchased appears to be in superb condition and the price point along w/ the 1.99% financing made t my wife and I during our visit. The E350 that we purchased appears to be in superb condition and the price point along w/ the 1.99% financing made this investment affordable for us. I do anticipate some challenges; however, some are a consequence of doing business, but I trust that they will stand behind their product -- to insure that we are satisfied. In addition, it was more cost effective for us to drive 370 miles (round trip) to purchase this vehicle than to purchase an identical vehicle closer to my home that was $3700 more and w/ more miles. I purchased a 2010 C Class 300. I took it in to have rear spoiler put on. There was an issue with the glue/tape they used and it didn't seal properly. The Service Manager contacted the Body shop who informed him that they were having issues with the new spoilers sealing properly. My question to the manager at that time was, "why did they not pay closer attention because when I went to pick up it still wasn't sealed. I was awaiting for the service manager to call me so that I may switch out my car and receive a loaner. It's been since Friday, 3Jun11, no call...I am very very disappointed in the professionalism/lack of it. Mercedes Benz is better than that but the personnel that you have placed in KEY positions of Leadership LACK THAT TRAIT. My service representative: Kevin Wade hasn't followed up either......It's Unbelieveable!...... I paid over $700.00 dollars and I am receiving NO SERVICE/NO NOTHING....I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO CHASE ANYONE.....ITS SUPPOSE TO BE A SERVICE DEPARTMENT......I BOUGHT THE CAR THERE....AND THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS........I WILL/WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GO TO THAT DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE......I WORK FOR THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, RETIRED MILITARY AND I JUST CAN'T GET OVER THIS......SOMEONE SHOULD HAVE TO ANSWER TO THIS AND SHOULD DO SO IMMEDIATELY.
