David Marcellino was great as usual, my car was serviced and very clean when I got it. Service was fast and well done. As i understand it, Mercedes-Benz of South Atlanta primarily markets via word-of-mouth and internet sales sites, which helps keep prices low. The sales staff was extremely friendly and worked with me via email/phone with regard to some of my initial questions about the car. There were no high pressure sales tactics or lame one-liners about how many people had been checking out the car earlier in the day/week. Jeff Garris was a great sales representative to work with. I was treated with the upmost respect at this dealership and given first class customer service by Jeff and the team even though I wasn't buying a Mercedes. Also of great value... the vehicle did have a slight brake wear problem (worn rear pads). I contacted the Jeff about a week after my purchase upon some intermittent brake noise. He apologized, gave me a loaner vehicle (350GLK) and had the service department put on some new rear brake pads at no charge to me. What a great experience! I will give serious consideration to this dealership for my next vehicle purchase. Far better than the crap i've experienced at other car dealers around Atlanta (including Carmax...stay away!) More

I originally went to see the AMG and was disappointed to find it had been sold. After thinking further, I went back and inquired about the 550 on the lot and bought that. It came with 22" wheels and tires find it had been sold. After thinking further, I went back and inquired about the 550 on the lot and bought that. It came with 22" wheels and tires on it but I didn't notice at the time. After driving for a day, I became nervous about having them on the car as I thought they may be adversly affecting the ride and handling. Specifically, I thought they came too close to the idler arm at the top of the wheel. I took it in as they had promised to clean them up anyway and found out I would be without it all holiday weekend. Dana tried her best but that was the only schedule that was available. This is when Earnest stepped in and offered stock wheels and tires for the car. I accepted immediately and have been immensly satisfied with the car ever since. It is a rocket. Alvin and Sankar were very patient with me all through the process and I truly appreciate it. I thought Dana was very helpful and pleasant to boot. Overall, everyone involved was very professional and should be accordingly rewarded. Many thanks to all. More
The facility is top knotch. I really enjoy the service I receive. Everyone is very nice and make you feel at home. My salesperson is really knowledgable. This is the first dealership that has been proactive in their commuications with me. I purchased a pre-owned 2008 S550 in June, and am exceedingly pleased with the vehicle and the support I am receiving. their commuications with me. The facility, as well, is a pleasant experience, with open styling and no "tacky" sales gimmicks. The customer lobby and the service lobby are inviting in layout, amenities, and attentive staff. My wife owns a 2009 Prius, and is looking forward to upgrading in the next year or so to a Mercedes hybrid. I am supporting her in her goal. John Bowers More
