My insurance company (Progressive) listed cars through it's replacement vehicle program of which Mercedes Benz of South Atlanta participates. He was very personable and did a good job of faciliating seeing good cars in our price range. I purchased a 2008 Audi A6 from this dealership, and weeks later noticed that the front side of the right bumper is not the same color black as the rest of the vehicle. In fact, it looks like a dark gre weeks later noticed that the front side of the right bumper is not the same color black as the rest of the vehicle. In fact, it looks like a dark green color. I am extremely disappointed. I am now in a position where I have to unhappily drive around in this vehicle, or pay additional money out of pocket to have it painted. I realize the Audi was preowned, but I always thought of this dealership as reputable; not one to even carry such inventory, or at the very least not one to keep the customer unaware of such a defect. However, after this experience, I cannot say that I have the same opinion. More

My service adviser Kelly took control and assured me the dealership would live up to its great reputation. They certainly did. Mercedes-Benz of South Atlanta stepped up and fixed the problem with no hesitation. Troy (in the service department) and Kelly helped alleviate my worries and reminded me that their dealership works hard to earn their customers praise and loyalty. Well, I have to say that ALL of that is true. What a great experience! Mercedes-Benz of South Atlanta should be very proud. Though I did not buy a Mercedes, I tell everyone I can about the great experience I had. I received a quote for a used C230 for 11,860 and an email from Jeff saying that they would honor that price, when I called for the out-the-door cost the price had gone up to 13,890 plus TT&L.
