All the employees that we had any contact with were great and especially Morris Evans, All of them went the extra mile to display the perfect way to treat customers. We were welcomed to the site by the general manager while briefly waiting for closing papers to be finalized. We shopped online and over the phone before driving from Kentucky all the way down to Atlanta specificially to shop and buy at Mercedes Benz of South Atlanta. We are so very pleased with the vehicle we bought and will encourage our family and friends to go there when in the market for a new or used vehicle. It is well worth the long drive to buy from this dealer. Thanks Morris and rest of staff at Mercedes Benz of South Atlanta for the great deal and hospitality. More
My wife, the kids, and I arrived at the dealership to look at a vehicle we had found online. Atif met us in the parking lot, was very courteous and professional. We dealt with Richard, Jeff and the F&I guy, who's name I cannot recall. All were very friendly and very professional. I was first approached and assisted by Mr.Muhammad and he was very professional, patient, and he did his best to make the experience as pleasant as he could. I recently went to the dealership to fix a seatbelt latch that needed to get repaired, which was still under warranty. My salesperson Kenvin reviewed the car and said to me that I would have to pay $125.00 f that needed to get repaired, which was still under warranty. My salesperson Kenvin reviewed the car and said to me that I would have to pay $125.00 for a diagnostic test, but he said eventhough the faulty seatbealt latch is under warranty, the dealer may not cover it... Which I thought that was wrong. I was upset because my car had this faulty issue before, I thought they fix it however, they did not fix it properly. Now I am stuck with a faulty seatbealt latch that was not properly fixed. When I did get the diagnostic test they told me I would have to pay over $600 to get it fix, which was supposed to be under warranty. Kenvin, did not follow up with me after giving me a loaner car, I had to call him. When I got my car the next day, I asked him as a courtesy since I bought my car there have serviced it with them 4 yrs. To see if the dealer would waiver the $ 125.00 diagnostic test, since I refused to pay over $600 to get it fix, Kenvin refused, not even an attempt to accomandate the customer. I am very disappointed with their service person Kenvin. He did care what I had to say.... I will not bring my ml 350 there again. More
