I would like to submit my review regarding my recent purchase at Mercedes Benz of South Atlanta. I had some unresolved issues about various aspects of my car purchase which have been clarified and resolved. My wife and I were "just looking" at our options and were not really planning on purchasing a car on this day. We went to a BMW dealership and an Infinity dealership earlier in the our options and were not really planning on purchasing a car on this day. We went to a BMW dealership and an Infinity dealership earlier in the day and I was just about " car shopped out". We explained to our Salesman ... we just wanted to see a few different Benz's as we were really not familiar with all their products. He asked about 5 questions as to narrow the options .... showed us a few cars ... we test drove a 2013 C250. They gave us a very fair price on our Trade-in and a great price on the new Mercedes.... and we bought it! No pressure what so ever... Just a knowledgeable and friendly Salesman with a great support system throughout the dealership! It was a real pleasure dealing with Mercedes-Benz of South Atlanta. More

Service was very good. I was told my vehicle would be ready for pick up at 5:00 pm.which was very prompt. Service personnel was very friendly, informative and through in explaining the problems with my v ready for pick up at 5:00 pm.which was very prompt. As a single women in going to buy a car it can be real hard at time , not knowing much about cars. but from the time l got there at the dealership everyone was nice, friendly, and most of all they listen hard at time , not knowing much about cars. but from the time l got there at the dealership everyone was nice, friendly, and most of all they listen to me. about what l want and what was Affordable to me. my time there was not long at all. They show me only the mercedes-Benz that l was able to get with my credit score being low. l never thought with the score l have , that l would be able to buy a car at a Mercedes-Benz dealership of South Atlanta. until l meet this Man name ARTHUR McCOY he is the credit Acceptance Manager there. who made it happen for me. so if you have a job he can do the same for you, everyone there work as a team,!!!!!!!! l just wanted to take time out to say Thank you, for being patient with me and helping me get the car l wanted. We had been shopping online for used low mileage Lincoln Navigators and had found several in the Atlanta area. For 2 months we played phone tag with salesmen as we live 150 miles away and didn't want to was Navigators and had found several in the Atlanta area. For 2 months we played phone tag with salesmen as we live 150 miles away and didn't want to waste a trip unless we could get most of the numbers game sorted out first. Disappointment after disappointment. Six different dealerships in the Atlanta area lost our business due to the difficulty dealing over the phone. We saw one at Mercedes Benz of South Atlanta and to be honest, I was skepticle about even calling. I figured a dealership with high end vehicles & the difficulties I had already experienced, was not gonna even call. I am so glad I did. Richard Martin was my salesman. I explained what we were looking for and what I was willing to spend. He called me 3 times in a matter of 15 minutes and we were where we wanted to be. I had not physically seen the vehicle other than the pics online. Richard assured me that the vehicle was better than the pics showed and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Long story short, we agreed to a price over the phone (drive off the lot price), I showed up an hour before close on a weekday, drove the vehicle and it was as good as Richard said it was. Signed some papers, wrote a check, and was on the road back home in a hour. No hassel, no hidden fees, and absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had in 40 years of buying vehicles. This was our first time purching a new Mercedes Benz. Alvin spruill was our saleman, and to say that he was outstanding is an understatement.
