MBSA always does a great job on our service needs. There were a couple issues with the power steering and mirror turn-signal electrical items that took ALOT of investigating and work. Every time we take our car there I'm pleasantly surprised the level of "above and beyond" they do. One time they replaced the little MB symbols on every wheel as they said they were rusting. I didn't even point that out... Little stuff, but shows they are looking to do their best, and not just the bare minimum. I can't say that applies to other more centrally located MB dealers in town, if you get my drift. So instead of going there, I use the great airport drop-off service, which makes it just as handy. More

Being a USAA member, I used the car buying service which put me in contact with Ms. Booker. She collected all the necessary documentation before my visit to the dealership which saved me a considerable amount of time. I was able to come in, make my deal, and leave in a loaner vehicle within two hours. I was looking for a particular color for my ML350 that wasn’t available at the dealership, but Mr. Richard Martin worked overtime to locate the vehicle for me. My new ML arrived to their dealership in less than a week’s time. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in search of a new Mercedes vehicle. More

I was a this dealership to service my previous GL 450. I I was a this dealership to service my previous GL 450. I saw a newer GL 450. I spoke to Mr. Richard Martin who took care of me that day. The following day I spend only 45 minutes at the dealership. Mr Martin had all the paper work ready before I came back to MB of South ATL. When I received my keys the vehicle was detail and ready to go. I had purchased many cars before and never once spent less than 3 hours at the dealership. Nice people who take care of there costumers. Great costumer service. More

After a miserable experience at Ed Voyles Honda (who sold us a Honda Pilot with a broken transmission), my husband and I found the Pilot of our dreams at MBoSA. Alvin just about greeted me at the door and effortlessly guided me through the buying process. I'm so glad we found and purchased from this dealer! We will definitely check their used section again next time it is time to buy. Getting our tags took a little longer than normal because we weren't clearly given all the information, but once someone figured out everything we needed our tags came quickly. More

My overall rating of this dealership is a 5 based on the service, friendliness, choices, and credit programs available. I received excellent customer service from the Sales Representative Sankar Herderson service, friendliness, choices, and credit programs available. I received excellent customer service from the Sales Representative Sankar Herderson and great service from the Credit Manager Author McCoy. Due to uncertain circumstances I have a very low credit score and was under the impression I would not be able to purchase a vehicle other than a buy here pay here lot. However, Mr. Sankar Henderson assured me they can assist me with my credit score and to give them a chance to help improve my credit score and find the right car for me. They both worked diligently to find the right vehicle by providing more chooses than any other dealership I have ever visited. I was amazed by all the choices that were available to me. They made me feel as if I had the perfect credit score and not a second hand citizen as some dealerships do. They both made me feel good about my purchase which is why I have referred a friend to work only with the both of them. I advised her they will do what they can to help your credit and put you in the right car. Lastly, I appreciate the pleasant and efficient manner in which Author placed me in a loaner vehicle so that I could get on with my very busy day while my car was being serviced. Even though the service was great I wish there was more that could have been done about the price, the interest rate and a option to not have a warranty. The last vehicle I purchased it was an option to have a warranty or GAP. However at this dealership it was not an option for warranty it had to be purchased and only GAP was an option. This I found to be misleading and thought it was only to increase the sale of a warranty to meet certain goals at the dealership. Furthermore, my overall rating of this dealership is a 5 based on the service, friendliness, vehicle choices, and credit programs available. I wish I could rate it a 10 for taking good care of me with a loaner vehicle. Awesome service, Great Experience!!!! More

Took car in on 13 Sep 2012 for a problem with the backup camera (no picture). Arrived promptly for a 10am appointment. Waited 40 minutes to check in--too long. This was the second time the car was taken camera (no picture). Arrived promptly for a 10am appointment. Waited 40 minutes to check in--too long. This was the second time the car was taken in for the same problem (first time was on 7 Aug 2012). Disappointed that the problem resurfaced after just one month. More
