HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT, EVEN FOR AN OIL CHANGE 10-13-17 THIS WAS MY FIRST AND LAST VISIT. The location is very convenient, so I decided to give them a try. Little did I know a simple oil change wou 10-13-17 THIS WAS MY FIRST AND LAST VISIT. The location is very convenient, so I decided to give them a try. Little did I know a simple oil change would turn into the one of the worst experiences in my life. So I called to set up an appointment and they told me to walk-in. When I walked in there was no courtesy welcome like you regular Mercedes dealership 5 star hotel experience. Jiffy Lube honestly has more class for servicing than place. Que was very unprofessional from the beginning. She seemed to have had no customer service training. Her tone was unpleasant, not to mention I stood right in front of her face for like 5 min without being serviced. Upon my exit I asked if I could get my keys and she literally ignored me and served another customer. I dropped my car off at 11am and then I was told by Chris I’d have it for sure by 1pm. At 2pm, 2:30, 3pm, 3:30pm and 4pm I called and the phone just kept going to voicemail (including his direct line). You’d think by then I would have been given a courtesy call. I did get through to Qui but she transferred me and kept me on hold. At that point I haven’t a clue of what was going on with my car. When I got there Chris then tells me since it was a walk-in the time exceeded. I told him he said “1pm for sure and that it was an inconvience to me” and he ignored me. When I asked if there was anything they could do in terms of a complimentary oil change. I was ignored again. It gets even worst I was promised a complimentary diagnostic to see if anything needed to be addressed or fixed on my car. When I asked for the results he said “the techs may have forgotten to point the data on the system. Oh how classy! I’m not done yet. I then go to the cashier to pay in cash because I actually think it’s wise to pay 151 dollar oil change. I asked again, “because of the inconvenience is there anything you can do.” She said “not at this dealership, we’re Mercedes” I didn’t even know what she meant. I responded by telling her even a Toyota dealership would have honored their unprofessionalism and try to help. She responded, “Well this isn’t Toyota.” To be honest I wasn’t surprised by her response. I’m 27 years old. I don’t know if it’s because I look like a teenager was the reason I was treated this way or maybe because it was Friday 13th? I DEALT WITH 3 INDIVIDUALS AND NONE OF THEM WERE PLEASANT. IF I COULD RATE 3 TIMES IT’D BE “THREE ONE STAR RATINGS.” THIS PLACE AT LEAST FOR SERVICING IS HORRIBLE!!! I’D RATE ZERO IF I COULD. MESSAGE TO OWNER: I STILL THINK I DESERVE A REFUND! More

The service that the Service Department offers is absolutely over the top! From the Scheduling to the time you step out of your car you are treated Above 1st class! They make everything happen the way you want all while keeping things within reason. Everyone was amazing! My Service Advisor Dexter is like nothing I've seen before.... talk about guest care! Friendly and Professional. The Service Manager Joe came over to see me and introduce himself and even ask was I satisfied and if there was anything else I needed. The GM Mike also stopped to speak. Place is almost too good to be true! Definitely the place to go to service your vehicle. More
Bad customer services I had my car taken to the Mercedes Benz of South Atlanta in June if this year. I took it for the first time for detailing and the switches on my wind I had my car taken to the Mercedes Benz of South Atlanta in June if this year. I took it for the first time for detailing and the switches on my window were ruined. I had to come back and leave the car there for them to fix. But the service advisor was fired and due to this communication breakdown, it took them almost two and half months to get my car fixed. Detailing also ruined and led to scratches on my car. I came back to get this fixed but the new service Advisor mentioned he forgot to fix it. He told me to leave my car at the airport. I called them several times but they did not answer. I was leaving out of town and parked my car somewhere and again could it get the damages fixed. The time when I got back and called them to fix my car. They said they were supposed to make me meet someone and they would have made reservations. Clearly they were not taking me seriously. I came back in person to talk to them and asked to speak to the Service manager. He told me that this it. If I wanted to go to corporate and complain I Could as I felt my car was damaged. But all they were going to do was to send it to him and this is all he was going to do. I then asked if they could fix the car light. But unfortunately the new service advisor they gave me was let go. So again due to a communication breakdown. They forgot to call me and give me a quote. I told them to leave my car and I did not want to use this dealership. As since three months they could not fix the damage on my car. They returned my car but then removed the Leif light. I had wires coming out of the part where they had removed. I talked to the General manager later that day. He said I could vent out. But he had talked to his service manager and advised me that they shall never service my car again. I should not come there and also not buy a car from there. I asked him about the part of my car and how could they return my car in this condition. He told me my dog light was hanging out. I told him I had pictures that it was to the case and had Witnesses to that. He also my car part was in the trunk. I said he had been misinformed. So now I have a car with scratches on it as well as the fact that this lack of communication has led me to have a car without a fog light which was not falling it as I had it taken to a body shop a day before. So I don't know but I feel the service department is going downhill. The work is it as it used to be and damages are being done to the car. Also the service manager does not report the entire information to the general manager as today I got a call saying that they had the part and my fog light was not falling out. But I plan never to take my car there. They have ruined my beautiful Mercedes. I loved the service department before this new service manager. Hopefully the General manager who seemed polite could take care of this. The resolution is not that they shall not service my car since I am making a complaint. I am not happy as my car paint has been ruined. The detailing led to the switches to be ruined and scratches and work it authorsied on my car led to a missing fog light. Complaining led to no resolution. So lesson learnt. More
Amazingly friendly people work here and really great service ...our RV broke down 5 miles from this dealership and it was 2pm on the friday before labor day! We got right in and the nicest people helped us from the second we pulled in making our situation a little better. Then they even said they could stay late for us to help get our RV fixed so we can get on our way back on the road. We are feeling so lucky....but we think it's because of this awesome business!! Awful service department I have had an excellent experience with MBSA sales department over the years but cannot say the same for their service dept. Almost every time I have brought my car in for servicing, it's been a problem - today being the worst ever. Made my appointment almost two weeks in advance and today 8/17 - when I arrived to this appointment - I was told that hey have no loaner cars. Not a phone call or a txt ahead of time. Service rep and management did not seem to care. I ended up walking out very upset and received a call about an hour later to say that hey can possible get a car sometime today - what kind of customer service is this???? My precious visits were also horrible but this took the cake - I will no longer go back to MBSA. Former customer More

After all that no return phone calls. I would never buy a car from a dealership that has a service department that is so incompetent as to disrespect a consumer and never return be single phone call. Do yourself a big favor if you must buy and service your Mercedes do it anywhere but this dealership. I got my car back started it up and guess what light was still on, the TPM light. If this is the work that this dealership puts out then they should be ashamed, someone should have a conversation with the service department and find out why it took so long and why it's still not working correctly. As a business owner I could not possibly accept workmanship done so poorly. More
Poor Cutomer Service.... bad dissemenation of information Last week I wanted to bring my car in for servicing and requested a loaner MB. I was informed one was not available. After much back and forth, I leaner that since my car had not been service there in a while, loaners were reserved for "regular", "loyal" customers! Yet the phrase "one was not available" kept coming up, after speaking to "Kim" the manager. She was very careful in her choice of words, but finally indicated (after calling me back) that a rental would be provided no guarantee it would be a MB. Not good enough. Basically, it appears to be the practice of MB of South Atlanta if you are not a "loyal", "regular" customer a loaner Mercedes is not "available" for YOU. I felt discriminated. I took my car to MB of Buckhead. The customer service I experienced was exceptional! I was there 30 minutes, left my car, and drove out with a E300 loaner! I have advised my family, friends and co-workers to avoid MB of South Atlanta. MB of Buckhead was well work the drive! Ask for Sam he was professiona,l courteous and answered all my questions. I will buy my next car from Buckhead Mercedes Benz :) More
