My husband wanted me to test drive one and that CLS is a beast!!This dealership is HORRIBLE with their customer service, especially since we had to go find someone to help us look at their vehicles for 20 minutes!!! I will NEVER refer nor purchase a vehicle from this location ever!Never judge a book by its cover. It's amazing how you can work for a dealership and dress Comfortable (pink shirt and sear sucher pants) or as you were dressed that day... but when a customer chooses to dress Comfortable themselves, you had the audacity to try and size my attire up😅😅🤣🤣🤣 with my pockets and act like you were doing me a favor!!🤣🤣🤣🤣.Wow.Horrible.. horrible customer service and I wanted that 2020 AMG CLS!!! Such an extremely disappointing experience at this location.#1 Dealership but a few more locations. More
Kevin Wade was wonderful a bit overloaded. However I was given a dirty loaner car to drive. He did not do that. Shockingly overpriced. 60k mile tune up, which was basically an oil change cost $1,200. You'd think they would at least wash the car. But that didn't happen. The location of the dealership is all but perfect for me because it’s only one exit down the expressway from my house. However in watching the Growth and different changes in personnel, it still lack a lot because it’s only one exit down the expressway from my house. Any time a customer enters a MERCEDES dealership he or she should be made to feel like the automobiles that represent the company, and that is “The BEST or Nothing—or The Best engineered car in the world.” Question is,, how do you transfer That type of expression into the way you treat each and every customer??? You definitely CAN’T do it by just walking past them and not saying SOMETHING!!! My experience was great with Monty and Kevin. Service was fine and complete. More

Our car was towed late at night with a flat tire and damaged rim. They procured a loaner for me and I was especially appreciative of the constant contact as to the repair status of the car.
