I had finalized a car with her for the european delivery and she had asked me to come with a check on a particular day (evening); I went with the check and she had already left the dealership; The next day, and she had asked me to come with a check on a particular day (evening); I went with the check and she had already left the dealership; The next day, she had kept a message (without any oppologies) saying that she was ok if I wanted to change the appointment time!! I was appalled and went to another dealership. I tried to get the same car for european delivery, but she kept an hold on the car making sure that I don't get it. More

I currently own 2 Mercedes-Benz vehicles and always take them into Atlanta Classic for all servicing needs. My service manager is Tyler Black. He is a top-notch performer and is deserving of this recognition. Of the countless times I've been to Atlanta Classic, there has not been one visit where I left unsatisfied. Tyler and his blue service team have always gone above and beyond to resolve my issues and ensure that I left on a positive note. It never mattered how insignificant an issue was, Tyler always made it a priority and did everything in his power to rectify it. The overall quality of the workmanship, friendliness of the staff, and the level of dedication and commitment prevalent at Atlanta Classic is unmatched by any other dealership I've ever encountered. I recently brought my C300 up to for a car wash, having to drop it off while I ran some errands with a friend. Not only was my car ready and looking amazing, but Tyler was there to greet me, as always to h to drop it off while I ran some errands with a friend. Not only was my car ready and looking amazing, but Tyler was there to greet me, as always to help me with my shopping bags. I truly enjoy my experience every time I visit Tyler at Atlantic Classic Cars. He is such a ray of light and always has a smile on his face. I have never been one to look forward in taking my car into service or getting it washed. It’s always been a “chore” for me, but bringing it to ACC and seeing Tyler and what a great young man he is, well it makes my experience always a joy. I brought my 2008 E350 in because it had an annoying vibration. Most people probably would not have noticed the vibration, but I am very particular about having a smooth ride. The service technicians name that worked on my car was Edlee (I did not get his last name). He found a tire out of balance and repaired it. He then test drove the car, and after his test drive he brought the car to me for me to drive with him in the car with me to be sure that it was fixed to my satisfaction. I told him that I still felt the vibration. He said that he wanted me to be 100% satisfied, so he proceeded to take all the tires off the car and road force balance each tire (which is a very time consuming and tedious thing to do). He then brought the car straight to me for me to test drive again with him riding along with me. The car drove like it was brand new!!! I was so excited. I would like to commend Edlee for his professionalism and his determination to get the problem fixed. You just dont find service like that anymore! More

Overall, the customer service, quality of work, friendliness, overall experience were all great. The loaner cars are mostly Mercedes, the waiting area was recently remodeled. He informed me on exactly what I needed (brake pads). He didn't try to add any other additonal unnecessary expenses, which was one of my biggest fears as a single woman. He was extremely sensitive to my needs. By the time I left I felt much more at ease about spending my money. My experience could not have been any better. After my outstanding service provided by Tyler, I am convinced even more so that purchasing a Mercedes was a GREAT choice. Tyler enabled me to leave with a BIG smile on my face. I could not thank him enough for such superb service. More

When I pulled up he greeted me with such a friendly smile that I immediately felt welcome! change and new tires. Tyler Black was so kind and helpful.
