We were extremely pleased with the service we received at Atlanta Classic of Duluth. Previously,we had purchased our C300 from another Mercedes dealership where the salesman was a little "pushy"; there was Atlanta Classic of Duluth. As a huge researcher, prior to my visit I located the dealerships with cars I was interested in. Atlanta Classic Cars was not on that list, in fact, we were simply planning to turn around in the parking dealerships with cars I was interested in. Upon entering the lot, a vehicle attracted our attention and we decided to take a look. From the moment, Ben acknowledged our presence he made us feel really comfortable. I have lived in Atlanta (Buckhead) for about 6 years. When I moved here, I took my Mercedes to the dealership in Buckhead for service, and bought another Mereceds from the Buckhead dealer in 2009. I had no problems with them, but it never dawned on me to go outside the perimeter to see what other dealers were out there. I decided I wanted a 2012 E series convertiable, and I had a specific color in mind. Mercedes of Buckhead was unable to get it for me, so I looked on the web, and found that Atlanta classic Cars had exactly what I was looking for in stock. I explained to Bob Holton that I was reluctant to purchase outside of Atlanta, because I'd want the car services where I purchased it, and I did not want to fight the traffic to the suburbs. Bob replied that Atlanta Classic Cars woould come pick and deliver my car to my office in Midtown whenever I wanted any service done. So, that was it, I was sold. They offered me a fair price, the logistics of the sale were seemless, everyone was friendly, and I feel like I never need to worry about maintenance again since they will come get my car and bring it back to me. I could not be more pleased with them, and would not hesitate to buy from them again, or recommend them to a friend. I have not had any need for the service department yet, but I hope it is as well run and pleasant to deal with as their sales staff. More
