Jesse helped me through the eveluation and purchasing process for a ML350 and the rest is history. With my first Mercedes, the experience thus far has been stellar and the road is now my oyster. If you are in sales, you will notice that whenever a sales calls goes well, the customer ALWAYS thanks the salesperson for helping them in some way. Thank you Jesse! P.S. This was my first experience with the service department at Atlanta Classic Cars, and it was positive all around. I was promptly greeted upon arrival and Tyler took time to understand my concerns. He even suggested I not proceed with an oil change (had been recommended by non-dealer service person) as they are only needed every 10-13K miles with my car. He could have easily gone along with my request and made more money. My car was promplty evaluated and I was offered a loaner once it was determined that the repair would take longer than 2 hours. The warranty repair was completed earlier than anticipated and the car was ready (and clean) when I arrived. I also had a very favorable interaction with Tammy (cashier). She was very friendly and quickly got me through the checkout process. I will definitely continue to service my vehicle at Atlanta Classic Cars. More

What an experience - starting with the planning, Jesse was the key fulfilled a life time dream to take European Delivery of my 2010 E Class Mercedes! What an experience - starting with the planning, Jesse was the key to our successful experience. She was knowlegable, proactive, patient and paistakingly thorough. The delivery was executed just as Jesse planned it and she planned it to our exact specifications. A last minute change to our travel plans did not deter Jesse. She immediately and effectively communicated with Stuttgart and confirmed the change. Bottom line - Atlanta Classic Cars and Jesse are the experts at European Delivery. Had a different Service rep. this time (Tyler) and he was very helpful. Tammy is always a joy to see behind the service desk. She's very friendly, look forward to seeing her.
