I had a great experience working with Calvin. He was proactive and helpful without being annoying. I went in to test drive the C63 AMG and ended up buying the E550 Coupe thanks to his patience with me proactive and helpful without being annoying. I have bought several cars from this dealer and the reason is the service. There is never a problem getting a quick appointment for routine service. The work is done quickly and correctly and the car returned clean. The prices are fair. The entire staff is easy to deal with and will do what is necessary to please the customer. More

They surpassed every expectation I had during the buying process. They fully explained the features of the car, and strived to provide outstanding service the entire time I was there. The pictures listed of the car were true and the car buying process was the BEST I have ever experienced. I would strongly suggest all potential Mercedes Buyers to look at the outstanding inventory this dealer carries. No pressure was ever put on me regarding purchasing the vehicle. We drove from north carolina to pick up our mercedes benz r class. Salesperson promised the condition of the car like new and it was in great condition. Betty Radley had got us 4.99% which was good. MB dealership in Arlington is absolutely dishonest, disgraceful and incompetent. I brought my E320 in to get the catalytic converter replaced. In 2007, I brought it in to replace the other one so I was disgraceful and incompetent. I brought my E320 in to get the catalytic converter replaced. In 2007, I brought it in to replace the other one so I was familar with the problem. I made the appointment 3 weeks in advance for 9 am. When I dropped it off, my service advisor stated that they would not be able to look at it until 1pm! I told him that the catalytic converter needed to be replaced and it was still under warranty so I would need a rental car. He told me that since I did not purchase my car at the dealership and he did not know it truly was the catalytic converter then he refused. He was rude and disrespectful! Needless to say, I got a rental car and left. Hours later, my service advisor calls and tells me it is the muffler NOT the catalytic converter. I was shocked! I decided that since I was treated so poorly that I would pick it up and told them not to fix it. He was FURIOUS! I picked it up without it being washed and greasy paper seat covers left in my car! I took it to another mechanic to get the MUFFLER fixed. He called me back and told me that NOTHING was wrong with the muffler it was the CATALYTIC CONVERTER that needed to be replaced!!!! I decided to call the GM to voice my grave concerns/treatment. He called me back after hearing my story and gathering info. He told me that "For some reason, we can't find the test for the catalytic converter"!! Can you believe it?? He started raising his voice at me when I got angry and said "What do YOU want ME to do?" There should be laws to protect customers for wrongful behavior. He took me as a fool. STAY AWAY! More
Never in a million years will i recommend this piece of trash of a service dept. These people should be ashamed of themselves for calling themselves professionals. Very Poor Customer Service, Quote Low repairs but when you pick your car up the quote is out the window and they also left off the online coupons I brought in.
