He goes out of his way to be accommodating and careful with our vehicles. - The quality of service is always top-notch, with no rework ever required. - Possible needs over and above what we consider our immediate needs regarding maintenance, are always checked - gives us assurance we are in good hands. - All personnel, including management, sales, service, and body work, are consistently courteous and immediately responsive. - The facility is always well mananged, and well maintained and clean.
