I have been doing business with ASC for ~ 12 years. Their service is primo and my service advisor Dave Smith is EXCELLENT/OUTSTANDING. He is curtious, understands the issue, informative and reliable. I have purchased 4 Mercedes-Benz from American Service Center since 1998. After the initial purchase, I was PARTICULARLY impressed with the service provided by Mr. Dave Smith, a Service Manager at ASC. Center since 1998. He is extremely knowledgeable about M-B autos, concerned with the guest's time and money, extremely professional, checks to insure all service and maintenance needs have been addressed (and is a heck of a personable guy to boot.) I say without reservation Mr. Dave Smith is THE reason I purchased 3 more M-B autos at ASC. Of note, when in the waiting area, WELL more that half of the pages are for Mr. Smith - - a testiment that others share my strong feelings regarding his handling of Guests and service/maintenance. He is never hard to reach and is always prompt to suggest ways to resolve my current issue... up to and including visiting my home to pickup my car and deliver a loaner. Mr. Calvin Hicks impressed me with his superior knowledge of the product, and Mr. Frank Namin impressed me for his responsiveness and transparency of the purchase process. Once completed, the upgrade of the new showroom will be a great asset to a great dealership. More
I had worked with Calvin Hicks in the past, so I knew he would be reliable a second time. He had actually stayed in touch over the years checking on my satisfaction with the car I leased, an ML 30 Blue Tec. would be reliable a second time. Unfortunately, I underestimated the mileage I would need and I went over my mileage. True to his word, he was able to work out a deal to make it more beneficial for me to get into a new car lease, instead of the fees to increase the mileage on my old car. Even after the deal was done, I made a last minute change and decided on a larger SUV, the GL. He was patient and kind and accommodated my request. The office staff was also kind and offered their personal office space for me to change and feed my newborn child who came with me. Overall, a great experience. Best of all, I know I am getting a quality car! More

The American Service Center dealership was very convenient to work with - especially because of their proximity to my home. My sales representatitive - Mr. Calvin Hicks, Jr. - is exactly the type convenient to work with - especially because of their proximity to my home. My sales representatitive - Mr. Calvin Hicks, Jr. - is exactly the type of salesman everyone hopes they'll have the pleasure of dealing with during new car selection and negotiations. He is unerringly honest, tireless in his efforts to please his customers, and very accurate in his assessment of when a new car order from the German factory will actually arrive at his dealership. My GLK 350 is being stubborn in its refusal to retain the bluetooth settings from my year-old Verizon cell phone, but Calvin has repeatedly re-connected the phone with a positive attitude and complete willingness to remain at the dealership after his scheduled work hours have ended. His kindness has convinced me to buy a new cell phone - which will be helpful even if the GLK still will not retain its bluetooth settings. By far the most important source of my satisfaction with American Service Center is the professionalism of Calvin Hicks. Of special interest to me is Calvin's unflagging admiration for Mercedes Benz products - even while we struggle to make my new one work as advertised. I most strongly recommend anyone visiting American Service Center on Glebe Road in Arlington, Virginia to ask for assistance from new car salesman Calvin Hicks, Jr. - and you'll wish that Calvin had represented you on all previous new car purchases.
