Had a wonderful experience at this dealership. David was prompt and professional, he kept me up to date on my car's status, and he was a pleasure to work. It is an excellent dealership--wonderfully run! We have also worked with Dave Smith for many years and have ALWAYS been pleased with his service and assistance. ASC is VERY LUCKY to have him. We have recommedded ASC to friends and in particular Dave Smith. He knows the product so well and although nobody likes to pay $$$ for repairs/service--he makes it as pleasant and acceptable as possible. He has a real knack for making a customer feel comfortable too. More
Recently moved from a 1 mile away from this dealership to what is now a three-hour drive. (probably a two hour drive from any M-B dealer). I still have my; 1983 300D, 1992 300E & 2001 430S. All serviced at this dealer. They have never been serviced anywhere else. More

Any time I have a question about my MB, I send an e-mail to Dan Moreau of the service department and I always get a positive response for assistance. 2011 marks our 10 year anniversary working with Service Manager Dave Smith. Dave is friendly, funny, knowledgeable, responsive, and he makes me feel like I am getting a great price-I wouldn't know since w Manager Dave Smith. Dave is friendly, funny, knowledgeable, responsive, and he makes me feel like I am getting a great price-I wouldn't know since we do all our work with him on our 3 Mercedes vehicles. Always easy to get a rental car, over-communicates if needed, what more can one say, Dave's presence makes me hesitate to leave the Mercedes brand of products and drove me to make my last car sales purchase from American Service Center.
