Dave Smith has been our customer service manager for 12 years. When he moved to the Pitt St. location, we moved there as well to be with him. When he returned to Glebe St we returned there with him. He Always takes care of both my husband and myself in an efficient, courteous, knowledgeable and prompt way. We consulted him when my husband bought his 2006 Mercedes and when he just recently bought a 2011 Mercedes wagon. I consulted Dave before and during the time my car was in the body shop being repaired after an accident. We feel like he is family, he treats us like family. Who can ask for more. American Service Center is lucky to have him. American Service Center as a Dealership has improved their customer service ever since they have been going through their renovatins. Everyone is much friendlier and going out of their way to help in any way they can. I hope this continues after the renovations are completed. It is a much better atmosphere, one that a customer expects in a Mercedes Dealership. Keep up the good work Lynne DeFrancisco More

Dan Moreau is my service representative and was very responsive in accomodating my work schedule and resolving the issue - and detailing my SL500 so it was like picking up a new car. Marv Wentzel is the top service mechanic in the area for Mercedes. He understands all models and makes. Together their are an awesome team. More

Dave is the person who handles the care, service, and maintenance of my automobile. Dave is knowledgable, patient, courteous, helpful, efficient, honest, and personable. Dave has always given me solid advice about the care of my car; he distinguishes services that are necessary from those that can be deferred; and he is candid about costs. He is always willing to take time for an explanation, and he very understanding about the high price of service. I would be content to have Dave as my service person for the rest of my driving days. I intend to purchase my next car from American Service Center, in large part because of my positive experience with Dave. I heartily recommend American Service Center generally and Dave in particular. More
I have had a decades long relationship with American Service Center. They a fabulous to work with from new car purchase (I have bough 6 cars there. The service is always exceptional and the team heade Service Center. They a fabulous to work with from new car purchase (I have bough 6 cars there. The service is always exceptional and the team headed by Gary Little and my service rep Max Keya always does what they say they are going to do on time and on budget. The shop and service bay is al;ways clean and they treat you as part of the family. The family run operation has the local touch and I look forward to working with them for year to come. More

He tells us what can wait and what can't. That way we know what is coming down the line. Great advice, thoughtful and concerned. We have been able to keep and maintain this car because of his outstanding attention to us and the car. His track record has been remarkable. I have been with the dealership since I first bought my E320 in 2004. In particular, I am extremely satisfied with the service manager, Dave Smith. American Service Center consistently has been vastly superior in all aspects for service on our two (and several before our current 2) Mercedes vehicles. - Dave Smith (and before him Gary Burke) kn superior in all aspects for service on our two (and several before our current 2) Mercedes vehicles. - Dave Smith (and before him Gary Burke) know us personally, are exrremely responsive, and thorough in accommodating our needs. - Dave Smith keeps track of our service status as far as scheduling, and keeps us informed while service actions are in progress. He goes out of his way to be accommodating and careful with our vehicles. - The quality of service is always top-notch, with no rework ever required. - Possible needs over and above what we consider our immediate needs regarding maintenance, are always checked - gives us assurance we are in good hands. - All personnel, including management, sales, service, and body work, are consistently courteous and immediately responsive. - The facility is always well mananged, and well maintained and clean. I can say all of this as a former chief engineer and commanding officer of a nuclear submarine - I am always feel confident when taking our needs to American Service Center of Arlington, Virginia.
