Garry Burk provide excellent customer service. Explaining all issues and cost. Had an appt. for 9:30 and my car was taking in on time. In brief, this dealership seems to just seems to be far superior to the others in the area. I shopped 2 other dealerships in Northern Virginia and one in Maryland. I live in Vienna and work in the Chantill superior to the others in the area. I shopped 2 other dealerships in Northern Virginia and one in Maryland. I live in Vienna and work in the Chantilly area, but choose to make the extra trip to Arlington where I felt confident I would receive superior time and attention for my car. My servicde advisor got me in and out. My sales person from when I bought the car came by to ask how I was liking my car and seemed to actually remember who I was and cared about my commnents.
