We came to Arlington on vacation and before coming we was online and saw that you had 2 Bluetec ML350 Dakota Brown SUVs. This is what we were looking for. After a very pleasant greeting at the door from Clay online and saw that you had 2 Bluetec ML350 Dakota Brown SUVs. This is what we were looking for. After a very pleasant greeting at the door from Clayton we knew he was the man we wanted to deal with. He was very knowledgeable about the ML350 and very easy to talk to. He kept us informed and while the vehicle was being prepped, we wanted to walk to Macys. He told us how to get there and even loaned us an umbrella. I will seriously consider you for future vehicle purchases. Thanks again and I believe you have a great salesman with very great people skills. I wish he was more local, I would come for personal visits. More

My review is like a tale of 2 cities. First the good-JT was excellent. He was professional and knowledgeable and made my experience the day I returned a pleasure. The dealership also finally made right by me but only after I wrote a review here. Now the bad-Frank Azimi. He was the initial salesman who after making a deal with took $3000 off what he offered me on my trade clawing that the lower figure was what he offered me. I left to leave the dealership and after his assistant told him I was right he only offered to add $2000 of the $3000 back. When I got in my car to leave he yanked open my car door. I wrote a letter to the dealership but no one in management responded to me and Frank sent an apology full of lies. Only after I wrote a review here did a person from management contact me. He wanted to make me happy and offered me an extra $1000 off the original deal and a$100 gift card for my daughter who went with me and felt insulted by Frank. So I am satisfied with the overall deal and highly recommend JT and will use him if I am in the market for a per owned Mercedes as my next car. I on the other hand would not buy a stick of gum from Frank. In the bend ASC did well by me and would use again. More

Everything went according to the schedule presented. While vacationing in the WDC area my ignition failed and I had to have our car towed into your shop on a Thursday afternoon. I rated your team as great for their customer service. I was stranded in DC with my car having to be towed, your dealership/service department opened the doors for me after hours, had a loaner car all set u was stranded in DC with my car having to be towed, your dealership/service department opened the doors for me after hours, had a loaner car all set up when I walked on the door (even though it was well after closing time), helped me unload my suitcase from my car to rental. That all sounds simple, but they were so kind and helpful. The service team went out of their way to help, Dave called me first thing in the morning to discuss what my issue was, stayed in contact with me during the day and personally met me when I picked my car up. Your service team and sales people went as far as helping me pair my phone to the loaner car's Bluetooth. I cannot say enough about your people and your team, everybody was professional, treated me with respect and went out of their way to be helpful. I don't live in DC, but I have already told this story to two of my relatives who do. I also am a sales trainer and you can bet that when I speak about stellar service, I will be using your team as an example. Thank you! More
I brought the 2010 E550 in for a pre purchase inspection. I was concerned that, although it appeared to be in excellent condition, the 98000 miles on this vehicle could be a deal breaker for my proposed purc I was concerned that, although it appeared to be in excellent condition, the 98000 miles on this vehicle could be a deal breaker for my proposed purchase from another party. Your complete and thorough inspection and report alleviated my concerns and I went through with the purchase. I intend to bring my vehicle in for regular maintenance etc. at your fine establishment.
