Max is friendly and the repair is pretty straightforward. Why it wasn't higher was that I worked with Porsche dealerships for a while. They often would do basic checks and evaluations for free. I was told that they charge for everything. Besides the above, my issue is the cost which I know dealership is usually more expensive. When I came in, I asked about the hours required for the Crankshaft Position Sensor replacement. Max told me right off the bat it would be 3.5 hrs of service which I questioned. He told me that it required a lot of additional checks and verifications. I used to be an Insurance Adjuster and checked with a buddy to validate the time. He told me it was .6 hours for the entire work. This was validated when I checked various websites. This is about 6x mroe expensive than normal. I can reasonably expect 2x (1.2 hours). Edward More

Marv, the tech was wonderful. He is very experienced and also very kind. One problem is that I was charged for two items that never happened. I beleive that should have been handled by Dan. This is the 5th MercedezI have purchased or leased from American Service Center. They have always been easy to work with and convincing in their sales pitch. This year I was tempted to go another route (Au American Service Center. They have always been easy to work with and convincing in their sales pitch. This year I was tempted to go another route (Audi A6) and came close but the low-key professional approach of Frank Namin and the quality of the car convinced me to stay with Mercedes. I have known Morty Zetlin and his family for many years and respect them as business people and good community citizens. More
Brian Cahill is very friendly and professional, an asset to your company. I was not able to pick up my car when the body shop was open, so was not able to go over the work with Brian, so here's my feedback to your company. I was not able to pick up my car when the body shop was open, so was not able to go over the work with Brian, so here's my feedback: They did a nice job on the paint work. My only complaints are that there is still a hunk of metal on the inside of the door lip (you can just see it when the door is closed) where the door was repaired; one edge of the front quarter panel shows clearly where the car was painted (it should have been sanded smooth, it's very rough), and you can tell on the roof where the paint ends. I don't mind paying a higher price for the work, but I did expect it to be perfect for the price. I will use the body shop again, as the work is *much* better than other body shops I've used. More
Experience as usual was fine. The car was left on Sunday at the nite drop which I use. Don kept me posted on the status after I called.
