I explained what I was thinking about, he knew what I liked and when I stopped by at lunchtime, he had pulled a car from inventory for me to see and take a short test drive. I me with John, the Finance Manager, to discuss pricing, said I would think about it, and told Frank I was interested, but asked him to have a look at the numbers. The next day, one more round of emails and we had a deal. The following day, I filled out some forms, paid the money down and drove out of the showroom with the car I wanted at a price I was prepared to pay. The entire experience was smooth, courteous and professional, with a total time away from my office of less than four hours. Frank, John, and everyone behind the scenes made it easy and pleasant.
