Their service and test drive experience was far above and beyond anything we got at any other dealership, and we appreciated their honesty. While we are not buying a car from Frank at this point in time, we will remember the experience with Mercedes in the future. 5 stars! More

Edwin was very attentive, patient, and explained all the repairs that were going to be performed very well. He made me feel comfortable and not afraid to discuss the repairs. Typically at dealerships, the male service attendants have a habit of making women feel stupid. Edwin is by far the best service representative I've ever had in all my years of owning a car and having to deal with unpleasant service reps. Edwin is the best. More
