The service received was outstanding and I can't help but to appreciate the reasonable recommendations to keep my 2012 E350 road-ready. It would be advantageous for management to keep this kind of service going based upon the reputation that many customers appreciate. Service center is now jiffylube scam I had been going to the dealership for service for 10 years. Now they have become like jiffylube with trying to get you to fix things that don't need I had been going to the dealership for service for 10 years. Now they have become like jiffylube with trying to get you to fix things that don't need fixing. Took my car in for a 4 wheel alignment. They left me a voicemail message stating that I needed a new tie rod and new adjustment bolt. Told me around $350 dollars. Did the work with no authorization... Final price came in over $600. I went and picked up the car and it had severe Bump Steer in the alignment and they had ripped the driver side door handle off. I then took the car back. They then claimed that I needed to spend $1097 more on ball joints. Hmm, I had just replaced both of them in the last 24 months with a different mechanic. So, I go to the dealership again and Kit questions my integrity stating that they don't know if the bump steer existed before I brought in the vehicle - after being a loyal customer for 10 years. I then asked for the service manager. When I explain to him the situation, he tells me to now go for a test ride with a shop foreman. Magically the bump steer is gone now. The foreman stated during the test drive that the alignment mechanic had it back up on the rack and wasn't sure if he had made further adjustments. Obviously I didn't need ball joints... Unfortunately, this dealership is now in scam mode. I will never go there again. More

The Service Rep Edwin Cortez said he will clean it up for me and boy did he do a good job, the scratch is barely noticeable. That was the highlight of my visit. Edwin Cortez was professional and pleasant to work with, he earned the 5 stars I gave for the review. The service was so so because it took almost a whole day instead of a few hours as I was initially informed when I called to make the appointment. More

Kit Cross at Mercedes of Arlington goes above and beyond to ensure I can get top quality service at my convenience, whether scheduled or in an emergency. It is much appreciated as I work long hours and travel extensively, but of course need to maintain my car. I am thrilled that I can simply call Kit and all is handled between service and even body work - all is coordinated, including rental vehicle. More
