SERVICE VISIT

I am pleased with the service that was done on my car. My service adviser and the maintenance manager were very helpful. I always take my car to Mercedes Benz of Arlington for service and not to just any aut service adviser and the maintenance manager were very helpful. I always take my car to Mercedes Benz of Arlington for service and not to just any automotive service company because Mercedes Benz of Arlington is certified to work on my car. My only complaint is, while waiting for my car, I would love to watch a channel that both men and women like to watch, like HGTV where you watch houses being renovated instead of watching the boring mechanics channel they keep on and I never see anyone watching! This would make my visit there seem to go by very quickly. More

SALES VISIT - NEW

I purchased my vehicle by cash on November 12, 2021 and got temporary 30 day tags. I started calling the dealership about 24 days after purchasing of my vehicle to inquire about status of my tags and title got temporary 30 day tags. I started calling the dealership about 24 days after purchasing of my vehicle to inquire about status of my tags and title. I left at least four voice mails for Michael in the finance office and he NEVER returned any of my phone calls. My salesperson assured me that everything is fine and I will have my tags on time. On Friday December 10th, 2021 I found out that they have not done anything about my tags and title. I was told that they will work on it after my check clears the bank while my check had already cleared the bank two weeks ago. My temporary tags expired yesterday and I can not drive my car. I was promised that I will have my tags today but nobody is responding to me. I have never ever seen a dealership in such a disarray and incompetence. I do NOT recommend this dealership. More
